We have a very strict quality check process on each individual item, all products we don't deem fit for sale are not sold.
If your necklace, bracelet or anklet has come apart, in most cases it has not broken. Simply the O ring has become loose and has detached which is common due to the O ring being the weakest part of jewellery. However it can easily be put back together.
In the unlikely event your item has become broken within 14 days of receiving your order due to being faulty fill out the form below and we'll get back to you within 48 working hours.

We will work with you on a resolution if deemed faulty however please note that in some cases you'll need to return the item back to us to enable us to either send you a replacement or refund.
