What are your dispatch days?

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our dispatch aim once you've placed your order is typically with 2 working day's however can be upto 5 working day's if we're busy.

How long does delivery take?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 15 minutes of purchasing however you must notify us instantly as we typically package orders once they are placed. If you don't notify us in time and you still want to cancel you'd have to return it to us by filling out the form on Returns (if applicable), although please Contact Us or use our live chat if you'd like to cancel.

Do you accept returns?

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
