Can I cancel my order?
Yes due to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order however you must notify us instantly as all orders are packaged once placed. If you don't notify us in time and you still want to cancel you'd have to return it to us by filling out the form on Delivery & Returns (if applicable), although please Contact Us or use our live chat if you'd like to cancel we will then let you know if it's possible.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

What should i do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged you must contact us straight away along with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. For further details please view Order Arrived Damaged
