Order Arrived Damaged
If your order has arrived damaged please follow the steps below and we will get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
1 - Take CLEAR photos of the damage including the packaging showing your address and other labels on the packaging
2 - Email us with the following to with the subject as 'Damaged Order':
- Order Number
- Sku Number(S) for the items affected
- Description of the Damage
- Attach Photos
All above steps MUST be followed, otherwise your claim can not be processed.
