HOW TO USE
Apply to clean dry skin. We recommend not to wear them for 8+ hours. Do not use on open cuts, rashes, sun burn or irritated skin. 
These are typically one use only however depending on the condition and the adhesive when removed they could potentially be reused but remember to reapply the back of the cover when not in use. 
Avoid contact with liquids.
