This is a universal form used for all Project Galaxy Studio personalised products, so please follow the customisation instructions provided on the product page for the item you’ve purchased. Depending on your order, this may include photos, names, dates, text, font choices or any other details required to create your design.
If you’ve ordered multiple personalised products, please complete a separate form for each item. This helps us ensure every design receives the care and attention it deserves.
Can’t see the font you’d like? Let us know your preferred font in the form and we’ll happily check whether it’s available for your design.
Please ensure you’ve uploaded all required photos and entered all personalisation details before submitting your form, as missing information may delay your order.

A Few Things to Check Before You Submit
To help us create the best possible artwork, please upload the clearest photo you have available. It doesn’t need to be professionally taken, most phone photos work perfectly! Every personalised portrait is individually hand drawn, so the clearer the photo, the easier it is for us to capture every detail. Bright, well lit images where the subject is clearly visible are ideal.
While we can often work with most photos, blurry, heavily filtered, very dark or distant images can make the design process much more difficult. If we feel your photo isn’t clear enough to create the high quality artwork, we may contact you to request an alternative image before we begin your design. This helps us ensure you receive the best possible finished product.
Please double check all names, dates, wording and personalisation details before submitting your form. We will use the information exactly as you’ve entered it, so please make sure all spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and spacing are correct. For example, if you’d like a name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, please enter it exactly that way.
If you’ve ordered a personalised portrait product, we’ll send you a preview of your completed artwork before production begins. This gives you the opportunity to make sure you’re happy with the portrait we’ve drawn and that you’re satisfied with how we’ve captured your chosen photo. It’s also a chance to check that any names, dates or wording are correct before your order is made.
For personalised products that don’t include a custom portrait (such as name, date or text only designs), a design preview won’t normally be provided unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please ensure all personalisation details are entered exactly as you’d like them to appear, as we’ll use the information you’ve provided when creating your order.
The sooner you approve your portrait preview (where applicable), the sooner we can begin creating your order. Please note that delays in responding to approval requests may result in delays to production and dispatch.
We currently aim to make all Project Galaxy Studio products within 2–5 working days from receiving your completed customisation form and final design approval.
