A little bit of love goes a long way when it comes to jewellery.
All materials are clearly listed in each product description, as they can vary from piece to piece. Please check these before ordering, especially if you have sensitive skin or known metal allergies.
Jewellery is delicate, even when it’s made well, so treat your pieces with kindness. We’re unable to take responsibility for damage caused by accidental damage, everyday wear and tear, or not following our care guide.
Golden Rules for Happy Jewellery
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
• Remove before sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising
• Keep away from perfumes, fake tan, lotions, oils and cleaning products
• Put jewellery on last when getting ready
• Remove dangly, chunky or statement pieces before bed

Metal Information
925 Sterling Silver
925 Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. This makes it stronger, but it also means it can naturally tarnish when exposed to air, moisture and everyday wear.
Water won’t usually ruin the metal itself, but it can make tarnishing happen faster.
Sterling Silver may also leave temporary green or dark marks on your skin due to natural body chemistry. This is normal and not a fault.
The good news? Sterling Silver can usually be polished back to its shine.

Brass
Brass is made from copper and zinc, which naturally react with air, moisture and skin oils. This can cause the jewellery to darken or tarnish, and it may leave temporary green or dark marks on your skin.
To help slow this down, you can apply a suitable clear lacquer coating to brass jewellery.
Tarnishing is normal for brass and isn’t considered a fault.

Stainless Steel & Surgical Steel
It is highly resistant to rust, corrosion and tarnishing, but it isn’t completely invincible. Over time and especially with exposure to moisture, chemicals or heavy wear, it may still show signs of discolouration.
The good news is Stainless Steel is usually easy to clean and look after.

Plated Jewellery
Plating is a thin decorative layer over another metal. With everyday wear, friction, moisture, chemicals and air exposure, this layer can fade, scratch, chip or wear away.
How quickly this happens depends on how often it’s worn, how it’s cared for and your own body chemistry.
This is normal wear and tear, not a product fault.

Condom Care
Keep them safe so they can do their job properly.
Store condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, chemicals and heat.
Avoid keeping them in your pocket, wallet or purse for more than a few hours, as pressure and friction can damage the packaging and make them less effective.
Always check the expiry date before use.
