We aim to despatch within 2 working days, however during busy periods this could be up to 5 working days.
We do our best to get orders dispatched as soon as we can however there is only two of us, if you have any questions regarding dispatch times feel free to contact us through the website we'll be more than happy to help.
We offer 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery options for the UK, postage and packaging prices vary on the item(s).
Our P&P prices depend on the items you want to purchase, where you're located and which delivery option you choose. To find out how much P&P will be for your order, simply add the items to your cart and then on your cart page it'll give you prices and options.

Our standard delivery service for all UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed.
Non-UK Orders are all sent with Royal Mail using a Tracked & Signed delivery service.

If you'd like to return an item(s) and you're eligible to do so please fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
You must wait for a response from us to verify your return, any unauthorised returns will not be accepted which would result in you being charged delivery costs to receive the order back to you.
All items returned MUST be in their original condition (Unused) and in original packaging in pristine condition.
We can't/do not accept returns on the following:
- Eyelash Accessories
- Nipple Covers
- Piercing Jewellery
- Mystery Boxes
- Sale items
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days (UK) or 28 days (INTERNATIONAL) of receiving your order, therefore you must give plenty of time to complete the form, return to be verified and return the item(s).
If an item(s) is returned after the 14 days (UK) or 28 days (INTERNATIONAL) unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return and you will be charged delivery costs for the order to be returned back to you.
Item(s) that you are returning are your responsibility until we have received them, so you must package them up properly to prevent any damage, if you received your order in a box please reuse it to return the item(s).
As the return remains as your responsibility until we have received it back, you must ensure that you keep proof of postage in the unlikely event that the return arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.
Returns must be made at your own cost, therefore it is your responsibility to cover full postage costs. You must ensure the return is fully insured and covered for the value of the item(s).
